Shipping Policy
We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the UK - this includes Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the minor islands, as serviced by Royal Mail.
We aim to process all orders within one working day from when they are placed, often same-day.
Whilst we do not currently offer next-day delivery as standard, in some cases this may be possible. Please contact us prior to placing your order including the desired delivery address in order to enquire.
Standard Delivery (Orders £100 and over) = FREE
Standard Delivery (Orders under £100) = £5
Standard delivery will be between 2-5 working days. Though often quicker, delays may be possible on occasion due to reasons beyond our control. Public holidays such as Christmas and New Year may cause particular disruption to courier services and deliveries, as well as any other courier specific issues such as strikes or inclement weather.
Our chosen shipping carrier is Royal Mail. Once an order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email, you can track your order with Royal Mail's Track and Trace.
Shipping Terms
We will arrange for delivery of the goods to the address specified in the order at the time of sale, or to another location by arrangement by you agreed in writing and accepted only from the email address associated with the account.
Subject to the specific terms of any special delivery service - ordinarily Royal Mail - delivery can take place at any time of the day and must be accepted at any time between 8am and 8pm other than by arrangement between the carrier and yourself.
Where you fail to provide accurate or adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions relevant to the supply or the goods, or wrongfully do not take delivery of the goods at any time after we have notified you of their dispatch we will allow a period of 10 working days after which we will take return of the goods and you may be charged for any shortfall we face.
You must inspect all goods on delivery.
