Returns Policy

We accept items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase providing the item is unopened and in its original condition with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. 

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items. For your protection we recommend that your order is sent back either recorded or  The title to and risk in any item sold is taken on at the time delivery is received  and, as such, when returning items it is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient packaging is used to protect the item as you may be held liable for items damaged in transit and be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will contact you via the account email address to let you know whether the return has been accepted. If accepted either the refund will be processed or an alternative product will be arranged.

If the item is returned for a reason other than damage or defect, including failed deliveries with no alternative arrangements being made with the courier, a refund will be processed minus the original postage and packaging costs as well as any further costs incurred for the item's return, including return postage.

If an alternative product is requested, any difference in cost in your favour may be refunded. In the case of a shortfall, the difference will need to be paid prior to the item being dispatched. If the item is being exchanged for a reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the cost of postage of the new item at the standard rate. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used to make the order.

In the event of an order being refunded which had been originally paid for wholly or in part by Stacked Points, the same value in stacked points originally redeemed will be returned to the customer. The equivalent cash value will not be given in any circumstances. If only part of the order is to be refunded, it will be at the sole discretion of Supplements Stacked how the points redeemed are interpreted into the refund, whether partial or in full. In the event of a return, any reward points earned on the returned items will be deducted from the customer’s account when the return is processed.

Any and all returns must be sent to the address specified by us at the time of the arrangement of the return by prior agreement and will otherwise be held as not returned per your obligation.

Our total liability shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total price payable/paid by you for the item(s) in question.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or special offer sale items, gift cards, samples, free or perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

You must inspect your full order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the case of any defect, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Any shortages or damage identified in the order must be reported to us in writing within three days of the delivery, otherwise the normal 30 day returns period may be deemed void and return conditions may be affected or invalidated.

Photographic evidence is required of any damage or defect reported on a product prior to arranging any return or exchange. Without such evidence we reserve the right to refuse any return.

Contact

Any contact from us will be made using the contact information provided in the user’s account or at the time of purchase. Notice of changes or queries posed by us regarding returns will be deemed to have been duly given:

  • Three working days after postage if contacted by regular mail
  • When sent if contacted by email
  • At the time of the call if contacted by phone, or if a message is left on voicemail or similar service.

Any delays in contact by use of the above methods, or failure to reply by you, will not pause or otherwise detract from or extend the 30 day returns timeframe which will run as normal.
